How can I work with you? Are you accepting new clients?

I currently accept a limited number of one-on-one clients per month. If you think we are a good fit, please email nirvana@intuitivemuslimah.com, and we will be back in touch with you with availability and next steps.

Do you see clients virtually or in-person?

I work with all clients virtually. We meet via video chat, and communicate via my HIPAA-compliant client portal.

Do you accept insurance?

I am not in network with any insurance providers. Upon request, I can provide you with an invoice to present to your insurance provider for reimbursement. This invoice does not guarantee reimbursement, and it is the client’s responsibility to determine in advance if their insurance will approve reimbursement for our sessions.

Will you provide me with meal plans or tell me exactly what to eat?

If you are looking for someone to give you a strict dietary regimen, where you closely monitor calories and/or macros, and every morsel you put in your mouth is accounted for, then you are in the wrong place. That’s not what I do. Sure, you can deprive yourself for a few days, weeks, or months. But is it sustainable? Is it worth it? And is it healthy (emotionally and physically)? The answer is almost always a resounding “no”. My work is strongly influenced by the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size® (HAES).
